The Pathfinder FellowshipThe Pathfinder Fellowship Program recognizes leadership in select specialized incentive markets. The Fellow designation is conferred by the Incentive Logic Board of Directors. As an elite group from around the globe, we look to our Pathfinder Fellows for guidance and leadership as incentive markets continue to evolve. In return, the Fellows share in our success while helping to improve their industry or specialization through their positive influence. Becoming a PathfinderTo become a Fellow, an individual shall have contributed significantly to the advancement of his or her field with an extraordinary record of accomplishment and shall recognize a confluence between their industry and the incentives industry. Other requirements include, but are not limited to, having held a senior executive position for over five years in his or her respective field, being able to serve a two-year term (with an option to renew), and possessing a high level of motivation to share experience and market intelligence that will influence business decisions. Membership is open to individuals who meet these requirements and who are not currently affiliated with Incentive Logic as a member of the Board, an employee, or an immediate family member of either of these groups. Our Pathfinder FellowsKeith HallidayPathfinder Fellow in Executive LeadershipMr. Halliday has been designated as the Pathfinder Fellow in Executive Leadership based on his extensive experience in organizational leadership, drawn from his career successes in leading effective performance in short time periods. In these endeavors, he has also been successful in creating new cultures within companies, thereby driving employee satisfaction as a key success factor. Halliday is the retired Senior Vice President & General Manager of the American Express Co.’s charge card servicing and credit activities in the Western region of the U.S. and of the telephone servicing, Corporate Client, and Merchant servicing activities nationwide. In that role, he oversaw an operations group of 4,500 employees, a $400mm annual expense budget, and a $5 billion accounts receivable portfolio. Also in this role, Halliday led significant re-engineering and restructuring activities, yielding savings of over $100mm. He will leverage this experience, joining other Pathfinder Fellows from around the globe, to provide ILI with guidance and leadership as the incentives market continues to evolve. Dan HoemkePathfinder Fellow in Consumer-Directed HealthcareMr. Hoemke has been designated as the Pathfinder Fellow in Consumer-Directed Healthcare based on his successful implementation of business and marketing distribution strategies for leading healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, spending account administration and information technology companies. With twenty-five years of diverse healthcare, employee benefits, and insurance experience, Mr. Hoemke is the Former President & CEO for Humana’s Western Region, Regional Vice President for Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, and CMO for Cole Managed Vision. Hoemke will leverage this experience, joining other Pathfinder Fellows from around the globe, to provide ILI with guidance and leadership as the incentives market continues to evolve.
