Pathfinder Fellows Provide Expert Industry Insight

The Pathfinder Fellowship Program recognizes leadership in select incentive markets. The Fellow designation is conferred by the Incentive Logic Board of Directors.

As an elite group from around the globe, we look to our Pathfinder Fellows for insight and leadership as incentive markets continue to evolve. In return, the Fellows share in our success while helping to improve their industry or specialization through their positive influence.

Becoming a Pathfinder

To become a Fellow, an individual shall have contributed significantly to the advancement of his or her field with an extraordinary record of accomplishment and shall recognize a confluence between their industry and the incentives industry. Other requirements include, but are not limited to, having held a senior executive position for over five years in his or her respective field, being able to serve a two-year term (with an option to renew), and possessing a high level of motivation to share experience and market intelligence that will influence business decisions.

Membership is open to individuals who meet these requirements and who are not currently affiliated with Incentive Logic as a member of the Board, an employee, or an immediate family member of either of these groups.
