He has also been involved in business development and growth strategies for the University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University. Paul has worked with both Peter Drucker and Ken Blanchard, and served as the Director of the Ken Blanchard Executive MBA. Paul received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Strategy from Western Illinois University and is a certified Situational Leadership facilitator.
