About Phil
Phil has been instrumental in leading operations for the organization since he joined in 2000. He has also designed reward programs for more than 25 industries and he continues to be a leader in the incentive industry. Phil came to Incentive Logic after a long career managing major projects in Massachusetts where he was responsible for many large industrial projects. Phil's education is in Human Services. He contributes greatly to the industry through organizations such as the Global Incentive Council where he serves as co-chair of the education committee.
