SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. February 19, 2003—To meet demand from its worldwide client base, Incentive Logic, Inc. announces that its Incentive Logic software platform now features Magellan Global Rewards, an online rewards solution supporting 20 languages. Companies use Incentive Logic software and services to develop custom-branded, web-based loyalty programs to motivate, thank or reward customers, partners and employees. With Magellan Global Rewards, companies can launch and manage multi-lingual reward sites that perform currency translation and product fulfillment to more than 60 countries.

Incentive Logic enables companies to establish online incentive programs that deliver electronic collections of products and/or services, called Folios, from which recipients can choose. Folios can be branded with a company's corporate identity and the selection of items targeted to a specific recipient or group of recipients. With new localization capabilities provided by Magellan Global Rewards, companies can launch loyalty programs that are inclusive of all their global markets. Then they can expand their programs by adding new languages incrementally as needed.
The Incentive Logic platform is designed to launch multi-lingual reward sites simultaneously, allowing programs in several countries to go live at once. Using a country-appropriate profiling feature, companies can offer products that are sensitive to cultural considerations in the countries where they will appear. Country-appropriate profiling eliminates concerns that rewards provided to customers in one country will be unsuitable for customers in another.
