SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. April 18, 2005—Incentive Logic, Inc., a leading marketing automation incentive/rewards company, today announced that Roger Hackett has been selected as the company's new chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Hackett, 54, brings more than 20 years of management experience to Incentive Logic, most recently serving as president of San Diego-based EACMC (Emergency and Acute Care Medical Corp.). EACMC designed and implemented "specialty physician" compensation programs encouraging call panel participation. Under Mr. Hackett's direction, EACMC grew from a regional medical services company to a nationally respected organization with a presence in more than 15 states coast-to-coast.
Before that, Mr. Hackett was Sonicblue Corporation's senior vice president of worldwide sales, directing all sales functions for the company's numerous consumer electronics brands, including GoVideo, Rio, ReplayTV, and Diamond. Roger took on this role after the June, 2001 merger of Sonicblue and Sensory Science Corporation.
Prior to the merger, Roger held the positions of chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Sensory Science since 1992, successfully completing a turnaround of the company and leading efforts to broaden and diversify the company's product lines and distribution.
Before joining Sensory Science, Mr. Hackett served as senior vice president, corporate affairs, of Serving Software Inc., a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based provider of computer software used in the health care industry. In 1986, Mr. Hackett founded the CAMS division of ATI Medical, Inc., a provider of "critical care" medical equipment, and subsequently negotiated the sale of the CAMS division to Serving Software in 1992.
Mr. Hackett's primary responsibilities will be to grow Incentive Logic's revenue and earnings, design the key architecture of the company's international growth initiatives, and develop strategic plans and initiatives to further enhance the company's presence in the industry.
