Happy Friday! It's another beautiful day today in the valley of the sun here in Scottsdale, Arizona, expecting about 70 degrees this afternoon. Sorry my east coast friends! Hey, we just launched our new Incentive Logic website today.

We're happy with the look and feel. Websites are very valuable communications tools for businesses of any size, or for that matter, most any organization. They often serve as first impressions of your company or organization and they need to be tended to regularly. I always view a website as a work in progress in that it should updated or refreshed on an ongoing basis with new information that a viewer can take in and make an informed decision as to whether what you offer might be a good fit to meet their needs!

One should keep in mind that a website visit is typically a one-on-one experience, and the design and content or "aesthetics" should be geared towards providing a positive experience for that individual. I think equally important is that when someone comes to your home page they should be able to quickly and easily get a good understanding of what you do and offer without a lot of distraction and over usage of text. Then if their interest is peaked, they can research your site further for more information or contact you directly.
