Going Green
Arizona is a somewhat fragile environment and requires unusual sustainability initiatives as a way of life. Standard recycling, energy management, and water conservation initiatives are an important aspect of our everyday work environment. Incentive Logic also promotes the use of alternative fuel vehicles, working from home, an optimized drop ship delivery system, and recycled packaging through our incentive programs.Charitable Donations
Incentive Logic is committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work, and through the products and services we deliver. Our charitable donations reward option is an important component of the various incentive programs implemented by our clients.Since 2007, our client incentive programs have contributed more than $1,000,000 to numerous charities, some of which include:
- American Red Cross

IL employees rallied to provide a contribution to the Police Officers of Scottsdale Association’s “7th Annual Back-to-School Cops for Kids Event.” This program has been designed to unite Scottsdale Police Officers and public safety employees with local disadvantaged school children to enable them to put their best foot forward when starting the new school year. Last year’s effort provided assistance to more than 500 children. The goal is provide each child with $200 to be used for new shoes, several outfits of clothing and a backpack full of school supplies. All parents will receive fingerprints and new pictures of their children for the school year taken by the police officers working in the school district and in their communities. It is a great time for police officers and kids to interact and break down the barriers that often exist. The program not only financially helps these children but lets them know they have someone to turn too when faced with a potential crisis (e.g., drugs, gangs, weapons, etc.) that can be stopped if proactively addressed.
Providing support to this years program are Payless Shoe Source, City of Scottsdale Human Services, the Vista del Camino food/clothing bank, DPS GIITEM and the AZ State Gang Task Force. Congratulations and kudos to the Police Officers of Scottsdale Association, member law enforcement officers, and all the supporting organizations and businesses for their hands-on and financial assistance!
